Sherman Economic Development Corporation Launches Website to Tell the Story of Sherman, TX to Audiences Near and Far

SHERMAN, TX -- Sherman Economic Development Corporation (SEDCO) recently launched a newly designed website created by Golden Shovel Agency to strengthen its online presence further and foster economic growth. The modern website includes a user-friendly menu bar, has access to quick link buttons on the homepage, and features a video banner with SEDCO’s tagline “Always Investing. Never Satisfied.”

“The Industrial Parks page is one of my favorite tools featured on the new website. I love how the module highlights the individual sites in Progress Park,” said Ashton Bellows, Chief Administrative Officer at SEDCO. “This new website also created a home for our WOMO Program, supporting Sherman women-owned and minority-owned businesses. This page will allow us to feature those businesses in a directory and provide resources for those looking to start a business in Sherman.”

A main priority of the project was to combine three previous sites (main website, job database, and site selection tool) into one. Whether you’re a CEO seeking a location for an expansion project, or a young family looking for a place to call home, the new website has every detail you need to make those important decisions. In addition, the organization prioritized having a site that is easy to navigate and direct job seekers to not only find a career but also tell the story of Sherman and why it is a great place to relocate for people of all ages.

Sherman’s industries are growing, bringing plenty of employment opportunities, new retail and restaurants, and already has an excellent school system. The website shows that it is a wonderful location to work and live. The site will continue to be used to direct all traffic to learn more about SEDCO, companies that are hiring, and industries relocating to Sherman.
