Kingsport’s Microsite Became a Lead-Generating Tool

Kingsport, Tennessee wanted to attract retailers and developers, but lacked a focused digital entry point. Instead of a full website overhaul, Golden Shovel built a six-page microsite to highlight retail properties, industrial sites, and redevelopment projects. Since launch, Kingsport Economic Development Board has seen more property inquiries, stronger community pride, and new visibility for projects like Fort Henry Mall.
