Innovative platform reflects Westfield’s commitment to business growth and investment

WESTFIELD, IN—The City of Westfield (IN) Economic Development Department proudly introduces its new website, westfieldecdev.com, created in partnership with Golden Shovel Agency. The new website establishes a consistent brand aligned with the City of Westfield by reflecting the city's identity, values, and vision for growth through cohesive design, unique messaging, and exciting user experience.

“By offering a dynamic, up-to-date platform to engage our target audience, we are positioning Westfield as a forward-thinking, business-friendly community,” said Jenell Fairman, Director of Economic Development.

The new website’s interactive map of Westfield’s redevelopment projects is a clear winner, as it visually showcases where investment is taking place, details key features of each development, and includes clear calls to action for prospective tenants seeking available commercial space. 

Another standout feature is the “Myths vs. Facts” informational graphic, designed to address and correct common misconceptions about Westfield, reinforcing the city’s strengths and future potential.

“Our new website helps us house all of our department's information regarding quality of place, economic development strategies, key data, and redevelopment projects all in a single place,” said Fairman. “It also sets the tone for our department's future marketing initiatives.” 

The new website will help address the organization’s primary goal of attracting business by promoting investment and commercial real estate opportunities citywide.

“The community is ripe for industrial and commercial real estate investment because of our exponential population growth, business-friendly mindset, and abundance of available real estate in our local market,” said Fairman. 

The City of Westfield (IN) Economic Development Department worked closely with Golden Shovel Agency on a marketing strategy blueprint in addition to the website development process.
