Supporting Clients Through Strategic Operations
Michelle serves as a GateKeeper Client Manager on the Operations Team at Golden Shovel, where she partners directly with clients to ensure their websites, content, and digital presence stay updated, effective, and aligned with their goals. Michelle brings an energetic, upbeat presence to every interaction and is passionate about helping clients succeed and building meaningful connections.
Before stepping into this role, Michelle contributed to Golden Shovel’s growth as both a Business Development Representative (BDR) Team Lead and a Territory Sales Manager. Her experience in client outreach, relationship-building, and strategic planning provides a strong foundation for her work supporting communities through digital engagement.
Outside of Golden Shovel, Michelle serves as the Social Media Director for Inspiring Hands, a nonprofit organization that raises funds for individuals with special needs to attend equestrian camps—highlighting her deep commitment to service, growth, and community.
