Driving Community Growth Through Strategic Marketing & Storytelling
Victoria Todd is the Marketing Coordinator at Golden Shovel Agency, where she brings over four years of experience in economic development marketing to support national campaigns, digital engagement, and brand storytelling. Known for her creativity and strategic thinking, Victoria works across teams to ensure clients and the agency alike benefit from clear messaging, compelling visuals, and well-executed campaigns that make a measurable impact.
Prior to joining Golden Shovel, Victoria served as Director of Marketing at the Henderson County Partnership for Economic Development, where she played a key role in several major projects, including:
- Jabil Healthcare: $38M investment and 150 new jobs
- Tageos: $35M investment and 92 new jobs with wages 40% above the county average
- Cummins-Meritor Expansion: $41M investment and 40 new jobs
Victoria also led marketing initiatives like Career Crossroads, which connected underemployed individuals to employers; Get Closer, a national business outreach drip campaign; and Made for This, which spotlighted workforce diversity in the region’s manufacturing sector. Her expertise includes branding, design, SEO, social media, and content development.
Victoria holds degrees in both Marketing and Graphic Design. She serves on the board of the Children and Family Resource Center, which supports early childhood development through family and community initiatives, and on the board of Junior Appalachian Musicians of Henderson County, where she helps preserve and share the region’s rich cultural traditions.
When she’s not leading marketing efforts, Victoria enjoys gardening, reading, and spending time in the community she’s so passionate about serving.
