Noah’s commitment to community service was recognized in 2025 when he became the first recipient of the Malcolm X Spirit of Service Award from the Caucus of African American Leaders of Annapolis. This honor highlights his dedication to making a meaningful impact.
Noah is also an advocate for student voices and served as a Legislative Liaison for the Chesapeake Regional Association of Student Councils. In this role, he authored several testimonies to the Maryland General Assembly. Outside of work, Noah enjoys snowboarding, skateboarding, and traveling.
