Lance Devereaux Jackson brings extensive expertise in strategy development for investment attraction. He served as an International Investment Specialist for SelectUSA during the first President Trump Administration. As such, he has deep expertise in how the Administration’s policies will impact foreign direct investment and international trade over the next several years and decades. His experience makes him uniquely qualified to provide economic developers with attraction and resiliency strategies to competitively situate their communities.
Lance has also served as a policy and program manager at the East-West Center, and as data analyst. His unique combination of policy and data expertise is of value to Golden Shovel’s clients seeking strategies tailored to their community’s specific needs and opportunities. Lance’s educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Public Diplomacy and International Communication from USC and a Graduate Certificate in Economic Development & Regional Planning from Virginia Tech.
