New Website Will Help West Central WI Workers Get Back to Work

MENOMONIE, WI -- West Central Wisconsin Workforce Development Board, aka West Central Works, recently launched a newly designed website, created by Golden Shovel Agency, to further strengthen its online presence and foster workforce development in the West Central WI region. The website is user-friendly, filled with relevant information, and overall helpful to the community.

“Our main priority is to provide a resource for anyone who has been displaced and wants to get back to work,” said Deb Nichols, Director of Business Services at West Central Works. “Using this platform will help workers and businesses get the help they need.”

West Central Works has been awarded many grants to help businesses and workers in various ways. The team encourages residents to check these out to see which might be most beneficial to them. “We are here to serve you and improve your business and life by providing these workforce solutions,” said Robert Mirshak, Director of Grant Administration. “We will do whatever we can to support the businesses and workers in our community.”

The newly designed website will also improve the organization’s marketing efforts. Having a clear and concise location to give people the information and resources they need is crucial for West Central Works. By housing all of this information under one site, the organization is making everything more accessible to the community.
