Rachel Leedom is a copywriter with over six years of experience in writing, PR, brand strategy, and digital marketing. Since joining Golden Shovel, she has contributed to various economic development projects, specializing in creating engaging content for communities and organizations. Rachel works closely with clients to produce compelling copy that highlights local initiatives, helps organizations meet their goals, and supports sustainable growth.
Rachel has written for clients like The City of Tracy, Victoria EDC, Oregon Trail Electrical Cooperative, and Shoreview Minnesota. She has crafted everything from monthly feature articles to web content pages that promote community awareness and local businesses. Her work has been instrumental in communicating the values and goals of the communities she serves.
Rachel’s expertise lies in writing expository or educational content related to recreation, marketing, and economic development. She is passionate about supporting the growth of communities and helping them tell their stories effectively.
Outside of work, Rachel is actively involved in volunteering with organizations like Sea Save Foundation, The Marine Mammal Center, and The Grace Foundation, where she uses her skills to support causes that align with her values.
