Tom Manskey, Executive Director of Palestine Economic Development Corporation today announced the launching of their new community development, wealth generation and business promotion website. The website serves as the ‘front door’ for visitors to access local community development efforts and business incentives as well as experience the quality of life in Palestine, TX.
The user-friendly interface and clean navigation offers an attractive online economic development resource. Developed from local marketing strategies and business growth and retention goals, the website amplifies the community growth opportunities.
“We are extremely excited to launch this new website for the PEDC,” said Tom Manskey, Executive Director for Palestine Economic Development Corporation. “This website will play a major role in our continuing efforts to grow the Palestine Area economy through business retention and attraction.”
The new website resources include community incentives, news updates and site selector and business developer resources.
According to Manskey, “The website provides a new GIS Planning tool to search for commercial real estate and buildings along with easily accessible economic data including demographic and workforce statistics.”
The aggressive website goals required coordination and strategy from the staff at Palestine Economic Development Corporation. With a clear focus on building an awareness campaign, early milestones were established to put business expansion and retention front and center.
“Our team has enjoyed launching the Palestine Economic Development website and working with the staff,” expressed Golden Shovel CEO Aaron Brossoit. “From the very beginning, the goals of business expansion were clearly expressed, and we are excited to deliver a visually-stunning and fully functioning online resource for Palestine.”
To reach the aggressive website goals the PEDC chose the award-winning, national economic development communication firm Golden Shovel Agency. The firm currently serves communities in 22 states and is a leading full-service marketing company for economic development.
The new website includes a full suite of community and economic development resource modules. The Community Profiles section promotes community data through a dynamic ESRI feed generator so site selectors and businesses can access real-time data.
