Detroit Lakes, MN – Rural MN Concentrated Employment Program(RMCEP) recently relaunched its website with a robust set of workforce attraction modules. This attractive, easy-to-use website redesign will give clients a powerful workforce development resource.

RMCEP serves thousands of enrolled clients and has an average of over 65,000 visits to the eight WorkForce Centers located within their service area every year. RMCEP is committed to improving the lives of people in Minnesota and preparing people for employment opportunities.

“The employment training services module is a powerful resource to help build the Minnesota workforce,” said Golden Shovel CEO Aaron Brossoit. “It is an honor to serve the needs of RMCEP and to help them expand their online workforce resources.”

The newly designed website offers an “Invest In People” section that highlights the goal of building a Minnesota workforce “one job at a time.” With over 40 years of experience, this trusted business resource is critical to addressing the workforce shortage facing communities in Minnesota.

Economic landscapes are constantly shifting, resulting in ever evolving workforce needs. Dislocated workers are an unfortunate consequence of these changes. Such workers need to refresh their employment skills and have access to career counseling. The website is a first step for people who have lost their jobs and find themselves navigating employment opportunities. Dislocated workers can begin investigating opportunities online and anonymously.
