Matt Shermoen To Represent Golden Shovel At the 2016 SEDC Young Professionals Conference

Golden Shovel will attend the SEDC conference to connect with emerging leaders in the field of economic development.

LITTLE FALLS, MN (Golden Shovel Agency) –- Young professionals specializing in economic development will be in Greenville, SC on November 2nd for the SEDC YP Meet the Consultants conference.

Sessions focused on networking and current trends in economic development will be held throughout the two-day conference. Economic developers will be presented with opportunities to sharpen their economic development strategies.  

On Thursday, November 3rd, Evan Stone from the North Carolina Economic Development Partnership and Ashley Morris from Georgia Department of Economic Development will team up for a session on “Partnering with State Economic Development Organizations”.  

Matt Shermoen, from Golden Shovel Agency, will be on hand to connect with economic developers looking to leverage their workforce attraction strategies.

“With the right combination of first impressions, quality content, and social media practices, communities can gain a workforce attraction advantage,” said Shermoen.
