Executive Director Named to “40 Under 40” List of Disruptive Economic Developers for 2017

The Greater Fremont Development Council announced today that Executive Director Cecilia Harry has been named as one of the “40 Under 40” for 2017. She joins a prestigious list of disruptive economic developers who are challenging the industry standards of economic development.
Cecilia is responsible for the promotion of economic development activities in Fremont and Dodge County Nebraska. She excels at building relationships with business leaders and enjoys leading Greater Fremont’s business attraction, retention, and expansion efforts as well as partnering with community organizations to promote Fremont’s workforce and quality of life. Cecilia maintains two offices on behalf of the community: one in Fremont and one in downtown Omaha at the Greater Omaha Economic Partnership.

The recipients of the “40 Under 40” award were announced by Development Counselors International at the International Economic Development Council Leadership Summit in Jacksonville, FL on Monday, January 30, 2017.
